  • Do you install pools?

No. We specialize in maintaining and repairing existing pools.

  • Do you offer leak detection?

Not at this time

  • Where is your store?

We are currently only a service provider. We do not have a retail store. Yet.

  • Why does my call go to voicemail?

We do not have a receptionist. Our phone goes with us to the poolside, and when servicing a customer’s pool our hands are often full of tools, parts, or cleaning equipment. Please leave a message or send us a text and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • What are your hours of operation?

Phone hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Working hours are Monday through Friday 6am to 9pm

  • Do I have to be home for my appointment?

No. If you need to be somewhere on the day of your service appointment, don’t let us hold you up. Make sure that your gate is unlocked or provide us with the location of a hidden key or gate code. If we cannot access the pool you will be billed for the wasted trip.
